Process 

At ACI our experienced team and resources makes it all happen. Here is a quick overview of our process. 

Our consultants will meet with you to understand your requirements. This includes advice on home selection from our range of beautiful new home designs. They’ll also assist you in choosing a facade and personalizing your chosen floorplan through a range of floorplan design options. 

We will assess your property including:

  • Site conditions
  • Council requirements
  • Service connections
  • Neighbouring properties

We will also assist with Planning Approval, where required. Our team specialise in building within established and inner urban suburbs around Auckland, so their experience in dealing with local councils will help ensure a smooth process. Demolition does not form part of your home building contract, however we will assist you through the process by providing quotes from our trusted demolition contractors.

Your project manager will help you choose the colours and finishes for your new home and  also  help you determine your electrical requirements.

Communication is maintained throughout the process, including contact with your Site Manager who will manage the construction of your new home.
